Jacqueline Tanner - Secretary
Jacqueline Tanner is employed with the Naval Special Warfare Group One, Comptroller Office as a Financial Technician. She is responsible for the support of Centrally Managed Funds at NSWG-1. She began her federal service career in 1986 at NAS Pensacola, Florida. She has held several accounting positions throughout her federal career. Mrs. Tanner joined ASMC in January 2008. Her enthusiasm and pursuit to absorb further knowledge of the financial world lead her to become more involved in her chapter. She holds a Master in Theological Studies at Bethel University; Bachelor in Public Administration at San Diego State University; Two Associates of Science degrees in Computer Science and Accounting Technology at Pensacola Junior College.

Nancy Martin-Padilla - National Chapter Rep
Nancy currently works at Military Sealift Command, Ship Support Unit, Point Loma. Her title is Financial Analyst. She began her federal service career at SUBASE Pearl Harbor in 1990. Since then, she has held accounting and budget positions at DAPS, North Island Naval Air Station, and Commander Navy Region Southwest. "When I am finished I will get back to the things I love, like exercise and adding an 'A' to my CDFM. I want to bring in fresh ideas to help strengthen San Diego chapter and hope to live up to all the great things others have done in the past". She holds a bachelors degree in Recreational Therapy from San Jose State University.

Patty Finnell - Newsletter Editor
Patty is currently working as a Financial Analyst at Navy Region Southwest Financial Management headquarters. Her main duties are funds distribution and funds control for all fiscal years. She is a BRAC analyst. She began her federal service career as timekeeper at Naval Station San Diego 17 years ago. From there, she became a lead accounting technician and then moved to budget. Patty has helped with PDI when it was in San Diego, but has not held an official position before. "I look forward to being Newsletter Editor and being on the team helping make us an outstanding chapter!"
